- Erasure and Clean Slate review: follow the court or DESPP route that applies; absolute pardon applications go to the Connecticut Board of Pardons and Paroles
- Other police reports: ask the particular state, campus, transit, or federal agency that wrote the report
HPD Records counter hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 a.m.–1 p.m.; Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; closed weekends. HPD says email requests are no longer accepted. Confirm hours before traveling.
